T-Mobile reveals just how much they want your business
This is the follow-up I promised from this morning's story about T-Mobile. I said that they really, really, really want your business. Now, we know exactly how much. Starting tomorrow, T-Mobile will be offering to pay you to switch to their network. Here are the details:
T-Mobile is offering up to $350 per line based on your ETF for every number you port. Once you start your new live with T-Mibile, you will need to send them proof of your final bill. They will pay you up to $350 per line for the termination fees, not your service fees. You have to trade in your current phone for one offered by T-Mobile. Don't worry, they have a full line-up of iPhones, even the gold one. At the time of this writing, they are all 0 Down.
There are a few hoops to jump through, but not too many. You cannot submit your bill until the 15th of the month. I'm not sure how that will work as the website is not yet live. I called AT&T and found out what my ETFs would be. In my travels tomorrow, I will be sure I am in the neighborhood of a T-Mobile store. I'll let you know how it goes.
